Electrical Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Account Manager to join our team at Electrical & Automation Industry Careers. As an Electrical Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customer base, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the electrical sales industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our electrical sales business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and technologies to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer service initiatives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the electrical industry
  • Proven track record of success in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience
