Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates for our flooring products.
  • Oversee the preparation of sales or contracts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare sales or other contracts, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by reaching out to clients after sale or signed contracts to offer ongoing support and ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify and solicit potential clients, leveraging your knowledge of the market and our products to drive new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • College or CEGEP education, or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the flooring industry.
  • Strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in presentation software, word processing software, electronic mail, and spreadsheet software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
