We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to join our team in Barrie and Angus, ON.
About the Position
- As a School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, ensuring their well-being and safety throughout the journey.
- You will also be required to conduct pre and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
- Additionally, you will provide support to students by assisting with boarding and exiting the bus.
Qualifications
- You must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
- Good verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
- You will also be required to undergo a Ministry-prescribed medical examination and background checks.
What We Offer
- A competitive starting wage of $19.14 per hour, depending on experience.
- No experience necessary - we provide training.
- A 4-hour guarantee, with additional hours available for charter routes.
- A child ride-along program.
- No nights or weekends.
