About This Opportunity

Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited is seeking a motivated Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are fully stocked and available to consumers in local grocery stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transporting product between backroom/storage room to front-of-store with manual equipment (pallet jack, hand-truck)
  • Cleaning product space and securing damaged or defective product
  • Fulfilling all Coke Canada Bottling and Store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety
  • Managing backroom by organizing stock (product); identifying, monitoring, and reporting inventory levels; re-packing product; completing any required paperwork
  • Maintaining an orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements

Requirements:

  • Must be 17 years of age
  • Minimum one (1) year experience working in grocery, retail, warehousing or related field preferred
  • Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred
  • Minimum one (1) year experience working under little to no supervision preferred
  • Must have access to a personal vehicle for use during working hours
  • Must have current vehicle liability insurance
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record with no major violations over the last three (3) years

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
