Job Title: Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Alliance Labeling Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring that all production activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise production staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
  • Prepare production reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, ensuring that work schedules are met and work units are coordinated
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a production supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and labor relations
