PTW Energy Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled Instrumentation Technician to join our team in Peace River, AB. As an Instrumentation Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing instrumentation systems, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair instrumentation systems, including sensors, transmitters, and control valves.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation-related issues.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure smooth operation of facilities.

Requirements:

  • Must possess construction and maintenance instrumentation experience.
  • Must be an indentured Instrumentation Apprentice or a certified Journeyperson.
  • Must be able to take initiative, work independently as well as in a team.
  • Must be reliable and dependable (i.e., punctual and ready to work).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A demonstrated ability to work safely.
  • Must have valid safety tickets (CSO, Standard First Aid, ESC Fall Protection and H2S Alive).
  • A valid Class 5 driver's license is required.
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada.
  • Must be local to the area or within commuting distance, or willing to relocate.
