We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Civilia Golf Retreat. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafeteria, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Food and Service Quality: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Inventory and Record-Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Team Management: Supervise and check assembly of trays, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Serving It Right Certificate.
Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Attention to detail is essential.
Personal Suitability:Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
