Position Summary

The Bartender is a key team member at CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Chief Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the Lodge Chef to create wine pairings that enhance the dining experience.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that the bar area is well-stocked and efficiently run.
  • Process orders and maintain accurate records of sales through the on-site POS system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Support field operations and guest services as needed, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Valid Serving It Right Certification.
  • Strong knowledge of wines, beers, and liquors, with a passion for sharing expertise with guests.
  • Minimum 3 years of bartending experience, with a background in luxury hospitality or fine dining an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and energy, even in a fast-paced or high-pressure situation.
