Job Title: Field Technician
Location: Winnipeg
Job Type: 3-month Contract (possibility of extension)

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team at PeopleToGo. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment within an assigned territory, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with Service Level Agreements.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Perform basic installation, maintenance, and repairs on equipment, including ATMs, POS systems, kiosks, and workstations.
  • Assist in site preparation, including installation of cable, staging of equipment, and minor testing of equipment.
  • Guard all assets used in the delivery of customer services, including tools, software, vehicles, documentation, and intellectual property.
  • Maintain accurate records and an appropriate parts inventory.
  • Capture customer information for invoicing and stay in contact to ensure the best possible service.
  • Resolve problems before they start by performing periodic preventative maintenance.
  • Pull in the proper associate, team member, or territory manager who can help.
  • Record-keeping log of all customer calls and activity, plus track all expenses incurred in the delivery of services.

**Qualifications:**
  • Technical diploma required.
  • Minimum 1-year electromechanical experience.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, overtime, and flex shifts, as well as being on call to keep customers happy.
  • Team Player.
  • Able to carry and lift tools and parts weighing up to 50 lbs.

  • Multi-Bit Screwdriver.
  • 12.7/16 wrench or wrench set.
