The Health Connections Clinic (HCC) is seeking a Family Physician with expertise in Addictions Medicine to join its team. The HCC is located in the Comox Valley Nursing Centre and provides team-based care in the field of addictions medicine and primary care for vulnerable populations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary care services to patients with addictions
- Collaborate with the on-site team, including admin, NP's, RN's, and SW
- Work with the Addiction Medicine Consult Service at the Comox Valley Hospital
- Participate in outreach-based services at identified sites in the community
May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA), including:
