Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at IMP Aerostructures. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our production equipment, ensuring that our facilities are safe and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance personnel to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production staff to resolve equipment-related issues and ensure that production schedules are met.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment maintenance history and personnel training records.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Industrial Mechanic (millwright) Red Seal Certificate or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with production staff and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
