Job Title: Post-Secondary Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Post-Secondary Teaching Assistant to join our team at CRD College of Health Care. As a Post-Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will provide academic support to students, assist instructors with teaching and research, and contribute to the overall success of our college community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Academic Support: Provide individualized support to students, answer inquiries, and help with course-related tasks.
  • Teaching and Research Assistance: Assist instructors with lesson planning, grading, and research projects.
  • Organizational Tasks: Organize reference materials, visual aids, and other materials as required by instructors.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process files and paperwork, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a teaching or research setting.
  • Work Setting: Urban area.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
