About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Facilitation Manager to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our People team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering tailored learning solutions that drive business results and enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-impact training programs that align with business objectives and meet the needs of our employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to assess training needs and identify skill gaps, using data and feedback to inform learning strategies.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning roadmap that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with our US Learning team to ensure a cohesive and aligned learning strategy across North America.
  • Consult with customers and stakeholders to understand learner needs and develop targeted learning solutions.
  • Manage projects of varying complexity, leveraging project management tools and learning technology to ensure successful delivery.
  • Act as the key administrator of our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless delivery of learning opportunities to employees.
  • Report on training impacts through data analytics, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact training programs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and project management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and consult with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide long-term learning solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Proven experience with learning technology, including LMS administration and project management tools.
