About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Estimating professional to join our Roofing Division at Flynn Group of Companies in London, ON.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help grow and build our Roofing Service business by working with the National team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with national clients.
  • Communicate with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunities, and follow up on quotes and tenders in a timely manner.
  • Attend association, industry, and networking events to promote Flynn's brand and services through marketing and social media channels.
  • Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a concise and timely manner.
  • Complete work orders, take-offs and estimates in a concise and timely manner, and support corporate initiatives and business development objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience working in the roofing/construction industry.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships and an entrepreneurial spirit to grow the business.
  • Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCAD).
  • Clear understanding of contract documents.
