Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Technologist to join our team at Allied Forming Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and conducting production, inventory, and quality assurance programs, as well as designing plant layouts and production facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Design and implement efficient plant layouts and production facilities to optimize production processes
  • Conduct safety training programs and develop health, safety, and fire prevention plans
  • Develop and implement computer applications for machines and processes
  • Collect and analyze data and samples to inform production decisions
  • Develop and implement manufacturing and processing procedures
  • Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
