About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaping Professional to join our team at Planta Landscape Inc. as a key member of our outdoor maintenance team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to lawn care and maintenance, including but not limited to:

  • Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens
  • Apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides and other lawn care products
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Perform weeding, pruning and trimming tasks
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials
  • Rake and collect refuse
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing lawn care and maintenance tasks
  • Operating and maintaining landscape maintenance equipment
  • Ensuring the quality of work meets company standards
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve common goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
