We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Design and Construction Lead to join our team at Green Infrastructure Partners. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of large-scale construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and drawings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Superintendent to coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Determine optimal project resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, monitoring progress and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Analyze project data, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to senior management.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Necessary Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical design and construction, preferably on MTO road construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
