ACUBE IMPEX LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Chief Production Operations Director to lead our production team.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of the company.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for an experienced production manager with at least 5 years of experience in managing production operations.
  • You will be responsible for reading blueprints and drawings, developing equipment maintenance schedules, and recommending the replacement of machines.
  • You will also direct quality control inspections, supervise and train employees, organize and maintain inventory, plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, and manage departmental budgets.
  • In addition, you will plan and manage daily operations, including organizing work tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Your role will involve working closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure smooth production operations.
  • As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the overall success of the company by providing leadership and guidance to our production team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and technology.
