Meech Holdings Ltd is seeking a skilled Handyman/Woman to join our team. As a Handyman/Woman, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and upkeep of our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Perform minor repairs and adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair
- Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
- Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Dependability, flexibility, and reliability
You will work in various settings, including apartment/condominium complexes and construction sites, in all weather conditions.
