### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team at Trotter & Morton Group of Companies. As a Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting our construction projects by performing various tasks in a safe and efficient manner.

### Key Responsibilities

* Perform labor tasks using tools in a safe and responsible manner
* Assist apprentices and journeypersons with general labor tasks
* Provide punctual service to assigned tasks
* Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
* Perform other duties as assigned

### Required Skills

* Strong team player with a positive attitude
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
* Ability to work in a fast-paced construction site environment

### Required Experience

* Completion of Grade 12 Diploma or GED
* Construction labor experience considered an asset
