About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Director of Indirect Distribution. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability through indirect distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through indirect distribution channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agencies and other industry partners
  • Manage the development and implementation of new distribution capabilities (NDC)
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform our sales strategy
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in airline sales and marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience with NDC and its applications in the airline industry
