We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Omniscient Wellness Centre Inc. as a key member of our kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our clients, adhering to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences, including gluten-free and Mediterranean cuisine.
  • Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Organize and execute buffets and banquets, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new recipes and menu items, staying up-to-date with culinary trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on quality
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Willingness to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week
