Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at 2243439 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for leading our bakery department and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand and stay ahead of competitors.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the products and services to be sold in our bakery department.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed business decisions.
- Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Store Environment: Evaluate and improve the store environment to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or bakery management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
