We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at LaSalle Agri Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, and preparing and posting notices and advertisements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to support business growth and development
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent
  • Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications and skills
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment to ensure a smooth hiring process
  • Review candidate inventories to identify the most suitable candidates for each role
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to bring fresh perspectives and ideas to our team
  • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions
  • Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers to successful candidates
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines

This is a permanent full-time opportunity that requires 35 to 40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of human resources practices and procedures.

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
