Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Assistant to join our team at B.I.T Sheet Metal Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the fabrication of metal products and ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, adhering to quality control standards.
  • Perform other labouring and elemental activities as required, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability for overtime, as required.
Work Environment

Our team works in various locations, with a focus on siding and construction projects. We offer a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week, with opportunities for growth and development.
