Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis - Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
  • Reporting and Dashboard Creation - Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Database Management - Design, implement, and maintain databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Data Integration - Assist in integration of data across multiple platforms.
  • Data Visualization - Utilize data visualization techniques / tools across the organization to support multiple businesses.
  • Stakeholder Coordination - Coordinate with stakeholders across business functions to understand their needs and effectively deliver reporting and BI solutions.
  • Project Execution - Undertakes and completes a variety of complex projects and initiatives requiring specialist knowledge and/or the integration of cross functional processes within own area of expertise.

Qualifications

  • Experience - 1+ year of experience for Analyst roles and 3+ years of experience for Senior Analyst roles in business intelligence, insights, analytics or related fields.
  • Technical Skills - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, experience in data warehouse design and working knowledge of BI technologies.
  • Tools and Technologies - Adept at the use of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI (Tableau preferred), proficient PC skills including a strong competency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and analytical and reporting software packages.
  • Soft Skills - Strong analytical and program solving skills are required to interpret data and draw conclusions, excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Education - Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g. Data analytics, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, other engineering/ analytics). Advance degree preferred.
  • Prior Experience - Experience with call center operations and related data hierarchies preferred (but not mandatory), prior knowledge of Finance and Banking preferred.
