Front-of-House Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front-of-House Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd o/a Rojo Marron Mexican Restaurant & Cafe.

This is a permanent position, working 30-40 hours per week with a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum based on experience.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate activities of food service counter attendants and food preparers, ensuring seamless delivery of excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
• Work Schedule Management: Establish work schedules to meet operational requirements, balancing staff workload and optimizing productivity.
• Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining a positive image of the establishment.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing budget and cost estimates as required.
• Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Requirements:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
• Client-focused and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
• English language proficiency.
