Job Title: Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician at our Delta, BC dealership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all rental units are ready for customers, while also assisting with checking in new units, show set up, and taking inventory pictures.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) of all rental units, including small repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Review vehicle work orders and relay necessary major repairs to the Fraserway Service department.
  • Supply RVs with rental equipment and assist the Fleet Coordinator with ensuring a smooth vehicle turnaround.
  • Topping up vehicle fluids and performing other maintenance tasks as required.
  • Vehicle transfers between Fraserway Dealerships, storage locations, and external repair shops.
  • Winterize and de-winterize RVs, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • RV and trailer repairs experience an asset.
  • Experience with plumbing, carpentry, or electrical (automotive or industrial) an asset.
  • General house renovation skills an asset.
  • Level 1 RV Certificate and experience in RV and trailers an asset.
  • Ability to work rotating Saturdays.
  • Must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license.
  • Must be comfortable driving vehicles up to 30 feet.
