Job Title: Global Projects Delivery Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Projects Delivery Lead to join our team at Astellas Pharma Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of global HR projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion, and driving process improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of global HR projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Manage and oversee the project portfolio, ensuring effective resource allocation and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain project management tools and templates, ensuring consistency and best practices across the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring effective project management and delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on global HR projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and align project objectives with business strategy.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
