Job Summary

The Facilities Maintenance Specialist is responsible for operating the facility's mechanical systems, performing structured inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, and routine services. This role works closely with all departments to ensure seamless support for activities and plays a key part in BGIS's integrated approach to building operations.

Responsibilities
  • Safety Ownership and Regulatory Compliance: Comply with internal and external requirements, including environmental, health, and safety, fire protection mandates.
  • Technical Leadership: Perform regular facility monitoring inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure uptime objectives are met.
  • Work Order Management: Manage work orders from dispatch through completion, recording resolution data within the service maintenance database.
