We are seeking a highly skilled Naval Architect to join our team at Neptunus Yachts International Inc. as a key member of our shipbuilding and shipping division.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing marine vessels and floating structures, as well as associated marine power plants and propulsion systems. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek, requiring a college or CEGEP education and experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise technicians, technologists, and other engineers
  • Design and develop marine vessels and floating structures, including marine power plants and propulsion systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) by a provincial or territorial association
  • Eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) by a provincial or territorial association
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
