Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and walking.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
