**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Anti Money Laundering Control Lead. As a key member of our AML team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of anti-money laundering (AML) programs and controls across the business.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in AML regulations and compliance, with experience in developing and implementing AML programs and controls. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AML regulations and best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business outcomes. They will also be highly organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the development and implementation of AML programs and controls across the business
  • Conduct AML risk assessments and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address identified AML risks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective AML governance

**Qualifications**

  • Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
