Occasional Teaching Opportunities

The Near North District School Board invites applications for the Elementary and Secondary Occasional Teacher Rosters for the current school year.
How to Apply:
Candidates for the occasional teacher list must submit the following documents through the online application portal:
Required Documents:
- Cover Letter that includes permission to contact references;
- Resume;
- 2 professional written references;
- For new graduates, please include the names of your faculty advisor and two associate teachers;
- For experienced teachers, please include the names of the three most recent principals or superintendents who have witnessed you teach.
- Copy of most recent performance appraisal or practice teaching report;
- Criminal Background Check/Vulnerable Sector Screening that has been completed within the last six (6) months.
Interview Process:
Interviews for these positions will be conducted as required.
