This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a solid background in strategic Search Engine Optimization and YouTube visibility. The selected candidate will play a critical part in optimizing written and video content, reaching a global audience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute SEO Campaigns: Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility on SERP pages and YouTube, driving qualified traffic to our SaaS platform.
  • Analyze and Optimize Organic Growth: Utilize advanced SEO tools and analytics to monitor performance, making data-driven adjustments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, marketing, and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital content and platforms.
  • Technical SEO Audits: Conduct manual reviews of crawl and SEO audit data to identify and prioritize solutions improving the website's quality and user experience.
  • Content Optimization: Oversee the optimization of all digital content, including web pages, blog posts, and videos, ensuring they're tailored for peak SEO performance.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Developments: Continuously monitor changes in search marketing trends, including major search engine algorithm updates and advancements in artificial intelligence impacting SEO strategies.
  • SEO Training and Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of content and video marketers, providing them with SEO knowledge and tools needed to succeed.
  • OKR and KPI Tracking: Regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of SEO initiatives to senior management, using insights from data to inform decisions.

We're seeking a highly motivated, self-disciplined, data-driven SEO expert with strong writing skills and at least 5 years of experience working on Search Engine Optimization and YouTube visibility. If you're passionate about driving organic growth and have a solid background in SEO, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years in SEO, with a strong focus on technical SEO, content optimization, and authority-building strategies in a SaaS or technology-driven business environment.
  • Experience driving increased reach and engagement using YouTube SEO for video content.
  • Proficient in using major SEO tools and web analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of web technologies and ability to manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously.
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to adapt strategies quickly based on market trends and company goals.
  • Strong English writing and communication skills.
