Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mattress Assembler to join our team at Domfoam Toronto Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality mattresses and furniture components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Finishing: Prepare, sand, and trim wooden furniture and fixture parts, and assemble wooden or metal furniture and fixture parts to form subassemblies and complete articles.
  • Quality Control: Inspect furniture and fixture subassemblies and finished products for conformance to quality standards.
  • Hardware Installation: Install hardware on furniture and fixtures.
  • Reinforcement: Reinforce assembled furniture and fixtures with dowels or other supports.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
