About the Role

Hillel Ontario is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Education and Mobilization to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of Jewish students and the broader campus community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive educational strategy to advance Hillel Ontario's Israel and Jewish advocacy agenda.
  • Train and mentor campus-based junior advocacy professionals and oversee a fellowship of student advocates.
  • Collaborate with other Jewish and/or Israel advocacy organizations to further Hillel's strategic advocacy objectives.
  • Coordinate large-scale cross-campus initiatives, speakers, and opportunities.
  • Provide antisemitism training for student leaders, student groups, and university administrators.
  • Develop educational content for social media platforms and coordinate immersive experiences for students.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field of study (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in a Jewish education role.
  • 3+ years of experience with demonstrable leadership and mentorship.
  • Sophisticated written and verbal communication skills.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $85,000 annually.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, vision and dental, life insurance, and Long-Term Disability (LTD).
  • 15 paid vacation days per year, 2 Mental Health/Wellness days, and 10 paid sick days.
  • A flexible and hybrid work environment.
