Hospitality Services Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Services Manager to join our team in British Columbia, Ontario, or Edmonton, Alberta. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our front-of-house activities and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and quality.

About the Role- Manage staff service activities, resources, budget, and scheduling to ensure seamless operations
- Supervise and mentor the team, conduct recruitment, training, task allocation, and performance evaluation
- Contribute to menu development and maintain high standards of food and beverage offerings
- Maintain updated knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with management and coordinate food and beverage service for special events
- A competitive salary: $52,201 annually, based on location and experience

- 1-2 years of experience in restaurant supervision or equivalent combination of education and experience
- The ability to obtain registration with BCLC, AGLC, or AGCO (based on province)
- FOODSAFE Level 1 Certificate (In BC) / Mini Food Safety Course (In Alberta)
- DealUs In training completed prior to start date (In Alberta)
- Leadership skills – able to direct and supervise staff
- Customer service skills – able to exceed guest expectations
- Able to lift up to 15 pounds
