We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our dynamic team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through your craft and expertise in mixology. Your primary responsibility will be to create unique and memorable cocktails, beverages, and drinks that showcase your creativity and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Four Seasons standards and recipes.
- Engage with guests to recommend beverages and provide exceptional service, ensuring their satisfaction and enjoyment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, glassware, and supplies.
- Collaborate with other members of the food and beverage team to deliver seamless service and exceed guest expectations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance your knowledge and skills in mixology and beverage service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-end hotel, restaurant, or similar upscale establishment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service techniques.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues effectively.
- Must have Serving it Right Certificate.
- Ability to work in Canada.
