Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Home Support Scheduler to join our team at Interior Health Authority. As a Home Support Scheduler, you will play a vital role in developing and coordinating home support service schedules, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process service referrals and changes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Review client needs and match Community Health Workers based on suitability, geographic location, and skills required.
  • Schedule, monitor, maintain, and adjust Community Health Worker's schedules and client appointments.
  • Confirm completion of client service to referral clinician.
  • Perform timekeeping and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • A current 5 Minute Typing Test 30 wpm or greater completed within past 24 months from a recognized institution.
  • Proof of graduation from a recognized Office Administration Program.
  • Two years of recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
