Job Title: Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at MANRO ENTERPRISES LTD. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the warehouse, supply area, and office spaces to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Set up displays of retail parts and accessories to showcase our products.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Advise customers on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts.
  • Identify, label, and catalogue items received to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use.
  • Maintain records on the inventory control system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Prepare and track work orders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies.
  • Process incoming requisitions to ensure efficient receipt and storage of goods.
  • Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials.
  • Ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment as required.
  • Store items in the warehouse, tool room, or supply area to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
  • Proficient in MS Office and internet applications.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Fast-paced environment.
