Retail Store Manager

At Dynamite Vape and Smoke, we're seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to lead our sales floor team. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Your expertise will be crucial in managing inventory, coordinating staff activities, and resolving customer complaints. If you have a passion for retail and a talent for leadership, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage sales floor operations, including assigning tasks to staff and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
* Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
* Analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company policies
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
Requirements:
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
