We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at JK Contracting and Consulting Inc. as a permanent employee. The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week and will be responsible for providing business insights and strategic decision-making support to our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Data Science: Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
- Database Development: Design and develop databases to store and manage large datasets.
- Database Administration: Operate database management systems to analyze data and ensure data integrity.
- Data Governance: Develop and implement data administration policy, standards, and models to ensure data quality and security.
- Research and Documentation: Research and document data requirements, data collection, and administration policy, and data access rules to ensure compliance.
- Policy Development: Develop policies and procedures for network access and usage, and for the backup and recovery of data.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models.
- Scripting: Write scripts related to stored procedures and triggers to automate data processing.
- Requirements Gathering: Collect and document user requirements to ensure data meets business needs.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks as part of data analysis and processing.
- Accuracy: Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and processing.
