We're seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for performing routine maintenance repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work. You'll also assist in the organization and upkeep of the maintenance shop, and participate in our Preventative Maintenance Program.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in general maintenance, with basic plumbing and carpentry skills. You'll be proficient in the use of applicable materials, tools, and equipment, and able to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships with tenants, contractors, and co-workers.
We offer a competitive salary range of $62,400 – $66,500 per year, as well as a positive and proactive work environment that encourages innovation and teamwork. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality service and taking on new challenges, we'd love to hear from you.
