Job Title: Laundry and Dry Cleaning General Manager

Honest Cleaning Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laundry and Dry Cleaning General Manager to lead our operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our laundry and dry cleaning services, ensuring high-quality standards, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
