About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Merchandising and Inventory: Oversee the visual merchandising and inventory management of the store, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop sales associates, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage store budgets, forecasts, and reports, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with company policies.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and implement strategies to prevent loss and reduce shrinkage, ensuring the security of store assets and inventory.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Language: English or French
  • Work Hours: 80 hours bi-weekly
