Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wireless Store Manager to join our team. As a Wireless Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Engage customers in sales activities and provide ongoing training and coaching to improve their skills and product knowledge
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed
  • Ensure the highest level of service is provided to all customers, resolving escalations and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Oversee inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover
  • Manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience
  • Adhere to store-level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labor costs, and financial performance

Requirements
  • Proven leadership and sales experience in the telecommunications industry
