Welder Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team at Rainbow Concrete Industries Ltd. as a key member of our manufacturing department.
Key Responsibilities- Interpret and execute welding process specifications to ensure high-quality metal fabrication.
- Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes to identify and address any discrepancies.
- Examine welds to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products, adhering to safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Welder Trade Red Seal Certificate or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in various welding techniques, including resistance, spot, or seam, oxy-acetylene, shielded metal arc, gas metal arc, flux core arc, plasma arc, and fusion welds.
- Experience with arc and gas welding machines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Standing for extended periods and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as required.
