Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, responding to customer requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize returns, and ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
