English Language Educator

At iTheWay Education, we are seeking a skilled English Language Educator to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an English Language Educator, you will be responsible for delivering tailored, dynamic, and effective lessons to students of various proficiency levels. Your expertise in curriculum development, student progress monitoring, and communication will be essential in guiding learners toward their learning goals.

Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Developing curricula based on learners' proficiency level and desired outcomes
- Monitoring students' progress and preparing reports for parents/guardians
- Communicating in an efficient and professional manner

Requirements:
- Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in English language
- Certificate or degree in English language teaching, education, or related field
- At least 2 years teaching or tutoring English Language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to adjust style to communicate to different audiences

Compensation:
$25-$45 per hour, depending on experience, class size, and location
